- The coverage includes, but is not limited to:
- Structural Integrity: Frame and structural components are covered against breaking, warping, or malfunction.
- Upholstery: Leather and fabric covers are warranted against stitching failures, material defects, and excessive fading.
- Mechanisms: All adjustable and moving components (e.g., tilt, swivel, and reclining mechanisms) are covered for any defects that affect normal functioning.
2. Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, natural fading, and softening of materials over time.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Variations in color, grain, or texture of natural materials, such as leather.
- Damages caused by accidents, spills, stains, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., direct sunlight, high humidity).
- Commercial use beyond intended purposes or outdoor usage unless specified in the product description.
3. Warranty Claim Process
- To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email Innist's customer support at support@innist.com with a detailed description of the issue, including the original order number.
- Provide Documentation: Submit clear photos or videos of the defect along with a description of the problem. Additional information, such as after-sales communication screenshots, may be requested to expedite the process.
- Assessment: Our quality assurance team will review the documentation within 10 business days and provide a resolution plan based on the nature of the defect.
4. Resolution Options
- Upon confirming a warranty claim, we offer the following options based on the severity and nature of the issue:
- Repair: We may provide replacement parts, repair kits, or instructions to address minor defects.
- Replacement: If the defect cannot be resolved through repair, we will offer a free replacement of the affected component or product.
- Refund: In cases where the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund based on the severity of the defect, following the guidelines in our Return Policy.
5. Replacement Parts & Shipping
- Within Warranty Period: All replacement parts provided under warranty will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
- Outside Warranty Period: Customers may purchase replacement parts, and shipping fees will apply.
6. Product Care Recommendations
- To ensure the longevity of your product and maintain warranty coverage, we recommend:
- Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or extreme environments to prevent fading, cracking, or warping.
- Carefully follow assembly and usage instructions, as improper assembly may void the warranty.
7. Limitations of Liability
- Innist's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of use, time, or inconvenience.
- Personal injury or property damage caused by product misuse.
- Cost of removal, reinstallation, or disposal of furniture.
8. Warranty Transferability
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
9. Governing Law
- This warranty policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be handled in accordance with California law.
