My order was mislabeled by the company and has been stuck in Fedex warehouse for 2 weeks. I have tried reaching out to Innist for help and not had any substantive support to get the issue resolved. There is no phone number to contact them either, only an email. I was very excited for the chair, but it feels like a complete scam at this point.
The chair is really comfy. Arrived fast. Putting the chair together was a bit daunting but not terrible.
Very impressed with the care taken to wrap the individual parts for shipment- ensuring no damage through delivery. The materials are all very high quality. The leather is buttery soft and a great color. Looking forward to the patina to develop with age and use. Quality components for the adjustable parts make it a very comfortable chair for my office.
I'm so in love! I was searching for these for the longest and finally found them. These chairs are awesome and I was shocked they shipped so fast. They arrived after TWO DAYS! I wanted something waterproof so I don't have to worry about stains. I nicknamed them my "diaper" chairs lololol hahaaa! They are perfect, nice and large. I'm now on the hunt for the matching white leather two-seater couch. Thank you to innist for the speed lightening shipping!

Great quality Barcelona chair replicas. I believe they are worth the price. They are sturdy and comfortable when assembled. Just make sure to tighten them properly and strap / button the cushions in place. They were packaged securely (I still need to remove the feet protectors and replace them with furniture pads). The shipping was a bit confusing because I ordered two chairs and they shipped separately, arriving almost a week apart. I was confused when only one chair arrived. However, the seller was communicative when I reached out and was able to provide tracking information for the second chair!
Arrived way before we thought! Beautiful color of the wood, and the leather is so nice. A little on the not quite as soft as I like however, it will become more supple with wear. Comfortable to sit in. Easy to put together. Would definitely recommend this seller! Job well done!
