Return Policy

At Innist, we understand how difficult it can be to shop for furniture online, which is why we have a comprehensive return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Structural damage and unusable items: We will accept free returns in the event of severe structural damage and/or items determined to be unusable. Please contact our customer service team at support@innist.com within 5 business days of receiving your item and provide your order number, clear, detailed photographs of the damage, and a detailed description of the problem. We will then arrange for the free return and replacement of the affected part(s) or the entire item.

Quality issues: If you discover any flaws in your item, please contact our support team at support@innist.com within 5 business days of receipt and provide your order number, clear detailed photographs of the flaws, and a detailed description of the quality issue. Depending on the severity of the flaw, we will either send replacement parts, offer a blemish discount, or reimburse for local repairs.

Returns for other reasons: If you need to return an item for any other reason, please contact our customer service team at support@innist.com within 5 business days of receiving it and provide your order number, clear detailed photographs of the item, and a detailed reason for the return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Return conditions: The item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition, (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in the original packaging, and (3) clearance items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered with severe structural damage and/or determined unusable. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition due to customer misuse or damage.

Please keep in mind that our return address is not the same as the original shipping address. Do not return any packages to the original address without first contacting us; otherwise, we will be unable to receive the return packages and thus will be unable to issue a refund. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and the costs of these lost items will not be reimbursed.

Warranty: Our 5-year warranty covers all hardware, including any deformed, broken, or fractured parts such as the chair's wood veneer, aluminum base, and steel legs. Our warranty excludes deformed, broken, or fractured parts, scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear from regular use.
